Transparency Now: LWC supports University-wide rally for transparency
This Friday at 5:30 pm, there will be a University-wide rally for transparency at UVa. In the wake of the firing and abrupt re-hiring of President Sullivan over the summer, a broad range of speakers will address the need for honor and accountability in governance. Lack of transparency affects all members of the UVa community, including low-wage direct and contract employees. We encourage everyone to show up on the Lawn at 5:30 on Friday to make your voice heard about this important issue.

May Day Protest
Courses are over, the struggle is not.
We will help Keep Strine’s Promises. In solidarity with other May Day General Strike protests across the country, we will continue to fight for economic justice for the workers at UVA.
Please come out to the rally on May 1 at 3:30pm at the Rotunda.
